Cancellations
If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, or once occupied there will be no refund unless the unit is relet for the total period of the original booking. Any transferred booking must be taken with in the ensuring 12 months otherwise the deposit is forfeited. There is no refund and no transferability of any booking if there is no cancelation contact and no guest arrival.
